I did similar research myself when Mint initially came out. Yodlee isn't pretty, but it is supposed to be powerful; it is supposed to be the defeacto service that banks use to transfer funds. I wish I could recall where I read this.

Mint on the other hand does not do any of the hard work. Their site is essentially a front end to Yodlee; however, they do add a few value added services.

My biggest concern with Mint is that you have to hand over your account number, username and password so that Mint can communicate with your accounts transparently. That implies that they must keep this information on hand in order to refresh the information. They essentially hold the keys to your finances. That doesn't sit comfortably with me.

I started to look into Wesabe and was pleased to see that they supply a FireFox plugin for uploading data.
